Predator: Badlands

Predator: Badlands is the seventh installment in the mainline Predator series (ninth overall), offering a fresh perspective by positioning a Predator as the protagonist. Directed by Dan Trachtenberg and co-written with Patrick Aison, the film stars Elle Fanning as Thia and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi as Dek.

Set in the future on a remote alien planet, the story follows Dek, a young Predator exiled from his clan. During his dangerous journey through the unforgiving wilderness, he encounters Thia, an android created by Weyland-Yutani. Together, they form an unlikely alliance and embark on a perilous quest to confront the ultimate adversary—a challenge that could restore Dek’s honor or lead to his demise.
